Lori Varn is promoted to VOA Ohio & Indiana Senior Vice President, Compliance

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana is pleased to announce the promotion of Lori Varn to Senior Vice President, Compliance.

Varn has been with VOA Ohio & Indiana for more than 16 years, serving in various capacities, most recently as Vice President Learning & Compliance. In that time, Varn has consistently demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership, effectively guiding the team through challenges, inspiring colleagues with a shared vision, and fostered an environment of collaboration and innovation.

In her new role, Varn will be responsible for overseeing all compliance initiatives, ensuring that our policies and procedures meet regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of integrity throughout the organization. Additionally, she will lead strategic compliance projects that align with company goals, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
