Brownstone Manor is a senior housing complex for those 62 years of age and older. We offer full one bedroom apartments in a convenient downtown location at 66 South 12th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47807.

The Gardens on Carolina
The Gardens on Carolina at 521 Carolina Street, Gary, IN 46402 is designed for the special needs of elderly persons and includes highly efficient floor plans, energy conscious design solutions and quality site amenities. The building is organized with adjoining parking for the residents’ convenience, safety and accessibility. All apartments open onto interior corridors providing the highest degree of security as well as accessibility via elevator and stairs. The three-story concept allows for the design of shortened corridors on each floor to reduce the walking distance.
